Planet Oibel @ #GRAFIK14

This week is crazy, there's a lot going on and I love it! First off the vernissage of GRAFIK14 on Thursday 14th of March where I will be presenting some new work I did this year, mainly paper stuff. I'm looking forward to that event cause there will be a lot of other artists presenting their art too so its like a big get together. Then on Saturday15th its time for some ugly face painting at my Planet Oibel Exhibition at Rue de l'est in Winterthur before I get back to GRAFIK14 on Sunday 16th for some live painting kicking off at 11am. In between all of that I also will be hosting the Beastin Classic Party at Hard One on Saturday night! All I can say is, catch me if you can and I sure will be happy to see any familiar face around, whoop!

Planet Oibel - 2112 Vernissage @ Rue de l'est in Winterthur

Woohoo! My second solo show is coming up, this time in Winterthur Zurich and I am really exited about it. I will be showing a bunch of smaller canvases and wood panels which all have been painted throughout the past two months in Berlin and my home town Zurich, mixed up with some special stuff. The exhibition will eventually last until the end of March and will take place at rue de l'est, a nice little tattoo and piercing shop that also offers a cool selection of markers, spray paint and clothing. My followers know that I allready have painted a few things around the store so now its time to come and check it out for real! Im looking forward to welcome you and yours on saturday, febuary 15th starting from 1pm to 7pm, tell a friend to tell a friend.

Oibel in Paris

 Two weeks ago I was invited to Paris amongst other artists in order to paint some hotel rooms in Le Marais, the 3rd district of the french capitol. Our art now decorates the rooms there and accompanys the guests during their stay, if you want to sleep in an Oibel Room just ask for the numbers 121, 132 or 232 at the Streets Hotel on Boulevard du Temple. You will find more images of the work I did after the click... et voilat!

Get an Oibel1 shirt or sweater in #Berlin

Anybody who feels like rocking some Oibel1 Gear and happens to be in Berlin should pass by Simon-Dach-Strasse1 in Friedrichshain and check out Simonuno! You can either pimp your shirt or sweater or whatever if you bring it in or you just simply can pick one of the many styles they have in store, mainly organic fabrics. Please be aware that the prints are limited, but as soon as one is sold out I will deliver a new one, mkaay!

PLANET OIBEL - finissage #Berlin

These past few days have been crazy! A lot of new experiences, new peoples, new vibes and hundreds of ideas to pick from have been coming my way in Berlin and I love it. Im just trying to soak up as much as I can before I get back to Swizzy but I still got some days left to do some actions though. For example I'm thinking of tattooing some peoples at the gallery, surrounded by my exhibition, send me an e-mail if you read this and are in Berlin and interessted.

My exhibition "Planet Oibel" here in Berlin ends on Sunday 22nd, so the finissage with a little after party will be taking place on saturday, dec. 21st which also happens to be my birthday! POW POW! There also will be a raffle in which you can win a limited linocut print of mine, so you better stay tuned! As a special guest I would like to welcome DJ Croma that will ride up to Berlin from Zurich to play at the finissage after party, winning!

Planet Oibel vernissage #Berlin

Tonight is the night! Im nervous, exited, happy, hyped, thankfull and many ohter things too, I think so, all at the same time, then again I dont know. Well thats about how I feel this morning, yes, lunch time is early morning in Berlin haha. I almost cant write this post right here, a lot of stuff in my head..so I hope to see you on PLANET OIBEL at the Urban Art Clash Gallery in the Generator Hostel in Berlin-Mitte to join me at my vernissage starting 7pm.
