Im still blown away by the fact, that my art activities are taking me back home to my motherland, Uganda where I havent been since I was a kid!
Invited by VIVA CON AGUA a bunch of performing and visual artists aswell as myself, will go on a trip to Uganda to visit water projects supported by VCA. The journey will give an insight on what kind of water issues the people of the Karamoja region face on a daily basis. Also how the VCA support is exactly taking place. All along the way we will be doing what we do best…paint, perform and network with the local artists and community. The World Water Day Celebrations on March 22nd at the Boma-Grounds in Moroto will be one of the highlights of the trip and I am really proud to be part of this! All for water and water for all!
